In view of the upcoming holidays, kindly take note of the following:
Kindly note that this service is subjected to availability.
- To receive your ready stock order in time for Christmas, kindly place your order by 19 December, 2359hrs.
- Ready stock purchased during 21 to 30 December will be dispatched as per normal (refer to our shipping policy here) except for the following period when the team is not in operation: 24 - 27 December & 31 December - 3 January 2022
- Delivery period for Preorder purchases will be shared as per promotion launches. Please refer to our delivery schedule here for more info on preorder delivery dates.
- Any form of exchanges/returns or refund will resume on 4 January 2022
