Wave Toast

  • Pink Wave Toast: Sweet Pumpkin Meal Replacement + Greek Powder
  • Yellow Wave Toast: Sweet Pumpkin Meal Replacement + Red Colouring + Greek Powder
  • Green Wave Toast:Green Tea Meal Replacement + Red Colouring + Greek Powder

Waffle

  • Add your choice of meal replacement powder to your usual waffle mix to make this waffle!
  • Serve your waffle with low-fat whipped cream and it's ready! 

Avocado Banana Oat milk

  • Blend below ingredients together with or without ice!
    • 1 Avocado⁠
    • 200ml Oat milk (Try milk or almond milk)⁠
    • 3 Tablespoons of Return Life Meal Replacement (Banana⁠)

Pineapple Banana Smoothie

  • Blend below ingredients together and serve with ice to enjoy!
    • 120g Return Life Meal Replacement (Banana)
    • 105g frozen pineapple⁠
    • 80g unsweetened Greek yogurt⁠
    • 240g milk (try oat or almond milk too)⁠

Cacao Mandarin Orange Smoothie

  • Blend below ingredients together and serve with ice to enjoy!
    • 1 Mandarin Orange (peeled, seedless)⁠
    • ½ frozen banana⁠
    • 150g unsweetened Greek yogurt⁠
    • 45g Return Life Meal Replacement (Cacao)

Protein Choco Crepe

  • Mix the below ingredients together!
    • 2 Eggs
    • 100g Return Life Meal Replacement (Banana)
    • 90g Almond Milk 
  • Make a crepe in low heat
  • Add your favourite toppings e.g. sliced bananas, Protein Nutella (refer to below recipe), nuts 
  • Fold it up and top off your favourite toppings! 

Protein Nutella (Perfect as a bread spread)

  • Mix the below ingredients together
    • 2 Cups of Hazelnuts: Blend it! ⁠
    • 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil ⁠
    • 1 Cup of Return Life Meal Replacement (Cacao)⁠
    • 1 Cup of Almond milk⁠

Cinnamon Chocolate Latte

  • Blend all the ingredients below and it's ready!
    • Ice cubes
    • Milk
    • Return Life Meal Replacement (Cacao)⁠
    • Cinnamon Powder
    • Banana⁠

Protein Pudding

Ingredients: 20g Return Life (Cacao), 35g oatmeal, 15ml maple syrup, 20ml soy milk
  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix them.
  • Shape them in a thick and round shape before placing on top of the parchment paper to send for baking.
  • Preheat to 170°C and bake in the oven (or air-fry) for 20 minutes.
  • Flip to bake the other side as well for another 10 minutes. It's ready!

Hot Chocolate

Flavoured Ice Cubes

  • Choose your flavour of the day and make the meal replacement as per usual consumption
  • Pour them and fill half of an ice tray (if you would like to add another flavour on top)
  • Freeze it for 3 hours
  • Repeat steps for the flavours you would wish to add on top and it will be ready!

Banana Overnight Oats

  • Add below ingredients into a container and mix well!
    • Rolled oats
    • Milk/ Almond Milk/ Soymilk
    • Greek Yoghurt
    • 1 spoon of Return Life Meal Replacement (Banana)
  • Add sliced bananas, followed by more greek yoghurt
  • Top off with more sliced bananas and oats (according to your preference)
  • Close the container tightly.
  • Leave it in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight and it's ready!

Banana Boat

  • Remove the surface of the banana skin
  • Smash the banana within lightly with a fork
  • Add Cacao powder on the banana, followed by cinnamon powder and nuts
  • Air-fry it for 5mins at 180°C and it's ready! 

Choco Baked Protein

  • Mix below ingredients well
    • 2 Return Life Meal Replacement (Choose your favourite flavours)
    • 90g Almond Milk 
  • Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder before mixing again!
  • Pour them into cupcake cases
  • Air-fry it for 15mins at 180°C and it's ready!

Mugwort Einspänner

  • Add below ingredients into a cup and mix well to enjoy!
    • Ice Cubes
    • Return Life Meal Replacement (Mugwort)
    • Low-fat Whipped Cream
    • 1 Expresso shot

Mugwort Latte & Ddeok

  • Add below ingredients into a cup and mix well to enjoy Mugwort Latte!
    • Ice Cubes
    • Return Life Meal Replacement (Mugwort)
    • Low-fat Whipped Cream
    • Add below ingredients into a cup and mix well to enjoy!
