Q1. Is Perfect Pore Program safe for pregnant or breastfeeding ladies' usage?
A1. This product is safe for both pregnant and breastfeeding ladies’ usage as it does not contain any synthetic cleaning component. However, since it is a sensitive period, we recommend you to check the ingredients list and consult your doctor or gynaecologist before purchase or usage.

Q2. How often should I use the Perfect Pore Program?
A2. You can use it 2-3 times a week or weekly for your pore management depending on your skin condition.

Q3. How long can I use Perfect Pore Program for?
A3. Upon opening, it is advised to be used over a period of 12 months only.

Q4. When should I use the Perfect Pore Program in my skincare routine?
A4. After cleansing your face, before applying your toner.

Q5. Can I use it for dry and sensitive skin?
A5. The pores stand out more with dry skin. The Perfect Pore program contains full of moisturizing ingredients, so dry skin is also good for use. In the case of sensitive skin, there may be individual differences, but our product is a product that has been tested for hypoallergenic human application in an external specialized clinical center.

Q6. Both sides of the pad have different textures, so how should I use it?
A6. Take out Step 1 Skin Clearing Pad and gently wipe the entire face with a embossing side, then wipe carefully once more on areas where pores and dead skin cells are concerned with the opposite gauze side.

After using Step 1, take out Step 2 Pore Tightening Pad and wipe the entire face with a side containing Houttuynia cordata powder or embossing side. It is better to put the Houttuynia cordata side on for about 5 minutes in areas that require pore tightening or areas that require moisture and soothing.
