 WHAT IT IS

Janchi Guksu (잔치국수) or Warm Noodle Soup is a simple Korean noodle dish that consists of thin wheat flour noodles (somyeon) in a light broth usually made from anchovy, beef broth and even kelp too. 

A popular Korean comfort food that is eaten and prepared during festive occasions as the word "Janchi" means "feast" in Korean. It is also garnished with fried egg, laver (gim) and zucchini on top of the dish, similar to that of a rice cake soup (Tteokguk).

The Broth Rice Noodles comes in two flavours — Anchovy and Beef Bone. Made using 100% Korean rice noodles and broth with anchovies or beef bone respectively along with other ingredients like onion, seaweed and more. Its distinct silky noodle texture does not disappoint and definitely reminds us of the local mee sua we are all familiar with!

Non-fried noodles, 0% Trans-fats and low calories — A convenient and simple meal to eat anytime and anywhere. Just cook it for 3 minutes with boiling water and consume it without worries! An easy go-to meal whenever you crave for something warm and light.

HOW TO CONSUME

  • Open the lid and add the seasoning into the container.
  • Pour boiling water evenly over the noodles until the folded line of the container. Stir the noodles lightly and close the lid.
  • Let it cook for 3 minutes and serve with kimchi for extra goodness.
