QUALITY ASSURANCE
These AAA-grade Freshwater Pearls is in superior quality gloss and color. Because of this top-grade quality (AAA grade is the highest pearl grade), it is impossible to make large quantities hence these pearls are in limited quantities only!
Note:
1. This product is custom-made, so it is not subject to exchange or refund due to the customer's change of mind after placing an order. Please place an order after sincere consideration.
2. The product is handmade, so there can be subtle differences in each product. Exchange or refund is strictly not allowed.
3. Make sure to wipe it with a dry cloth before storing it. This prevents the gloss from disappearing due to sweat or cosmetics.
4. Please store it separately from other jewelry or metal pieces.
5. Keep it out of direct sunlight/heat as pearls are weak against high temperatures. Store it in a shady area. This helps to prevent cracks, discoloration, or turning yellow over a long period of time.
6.Avoid contact with water such as vinegar, nectar, and sprays. It is recommended to wear perfume, lotion, and mist before wearing the pearl earrings and necklace. Before storing it back, please use a dry cloth to wipe it to prevent discoloration of pearls!
7. Each pair of earrings and necklace comes in a custom jewelry box.
8. Upon receiving the items, our warehouse team will do a QC check on each piece. Thereafter we will proceed to send it out once we ensure that there are no defects. There will be a 1-week time frame for you to ensure the items do not have any defects after receiving them. If there are any defects, please ensure that you inform us immediately and within the 1-week time frame so we can send back the piece on our end (without any extra costs on your end.)
9. After the 1-week time frame, if the following incidents happen, you're allowed for exchange and the item is to be sent over to the Korea HQ side and back to Singapore. Do note that the repair fee will be borne by you (repair + delivery fee).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Do not wear it to shower.
2. If you're not wearing it, kindly store it back in the jewellery box, avoid heat and keep away from sunlight.
3. As each piece is delicate, be gentle and careful with it. Avoid strong pulling/tugging of the chain.
4. Store in cool place away from direct sunlight.
