1. For ladies who are Pregnant, Breastfeeding or experiencing Pre-conception: There are no reports of any special side effects on these cases, but it is recommended that the individual should only purchase or consume after consultation with a specialist because it may differ among individuals during this sensitive period.

2. Which probiotics should I consume if I am 16 years old: You can consume either BNR17 or BNRKIDS. However, if you would like to focus on weight loss, we would recommend BNR17 BNRThin Pro. Please do not consume both probiotics concurrently.

3. For individuals with diabetes or high blood pressure: It is recommended that the individual should only purchase or consume after consultation with a specialist

4. For vegetarians' consumption: BNR17 contains milk so they are NOT vegan friendly. As there are different types of vegetarians, it would be best for individuals to check the ingredient list or with a doctor before purchasing or consumption.

5. When taking this product, please avoid taking antibiotics and foods that are generally unhealthy, such as alcohol and tobacco.

6. As BNRThin+ is a lactobacillus product, there may be occurring cases of diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal swelling, etc. This is a symptom of a temporary change in the intestinal environment and it would revert back to normal after two to three weeks.

7. For individuals who would like to consume the probiotics during their usual timing while travelling: An experiment on the product's stability at room temperature or above has been conducted and the amount of live probiotics were still stable at about 30℃ for 7 days.

After 7 days, they were still stable at 5℃ of the changed condition for another 7 days. As such, customers may travel with BNRThin+ for a short time (store at room temperature for 7 days) but they should keep it refrigerated again when possible.

8. For individuals who consume BNRThin+ more than 3 months:
Individuals who take BNRThin+ for more than 3 months can have continuous weight loss. However, the amount of weight loss may vary among individuals.

9. Is it okay to consume other probiotics together with this?
There are no reports of any special side effects on these cases. However, we are unsure of the ingredients component in the other probiotics and if they will react with that of BNRThin+. We strongly recommend individuals to consult their doctors before purchase or usage.

10. What is the difference between BNRThin+ and the existing BNR17 BNRThin Pro?
• Form: BNRThin Pro is in capsule form, but BNRThin+ is in powder form.
• Flavour: BNRThin Pro has no flavour. On the other hand, BNRThin+ has a green apple flavour.
• Ingredients: While both of them have BNR17 probiotic as its main ingredient, they have different functions. Specifically, BNRThin+ has vitamin D for bone health and zinc for immunity.

11. I am currently consuming Vitamin D and Zinc supplements, can I still consume BNRThin+? Yes it is okay to take BNRThin + with Vitamin D & Zinc supplement. However, if uncertain, it is recommended that the individual should only purchase or consume after consultation with a specialist.

12. Will my weight bounce back if I don’t continue?
As each individuals' body system may vary, it may differ. There are no reports of such cases. It is recommended to consume probiotics in the long run along with an active lifestyle to ensure good gut health!
