You can use it everyday.

2. At what stage of skin care should it be applied?
As it is a cleanser, use it at the first step of your skincare routine. You can also use it as a makeup remover.

3. What is the texture like?
It is a soothing type of translucent formula with a slight viscosity that transforms into foam when it comes into contact with water.

4. What is the scent like?
It has a subtle floral scent derived from natural sources.

5. Can I use this on my acne-prone skin?
This product has completed non-irritation testing certification, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

6. Is it suitable for individuals with rosacea?
It can be used on the skin without irritation due to its naturally derived surfactants.

7. Can the cleanser remove heavy/waterproof makeup?
If you have applied a strong waterproof makeup, we recommend using a dedicated remover.

8. Is it recommended to double cleanse when using this cleanser? If yes, can this cleanser be used to remove makeup then followed with another cleanser? Or, can this cleanser be used after using a make up remover?
It can cleanse without drying or tightening the skin even during double cleansing. If you have applied a strong waterproof makeup, please use a specialised remover before using the gel cleanser.

9. Is this cleanser recommended to use in the day? Will it be too strong since it can remove makeup?
Suitable for daily use, regardless of day or night. It can thoroughly cleanse even heavy makeup through double cleansing.

10. Is it vegan? Any animal derived ingredients?
This product is not vegan.

11. Can infants, pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
It is a non-irritating formula blended with ingredients that can be safely used by pregnant women or mothers caring for infants.
