1. How many times can I use it in a week?
It can be used daily without causing any irritation.

2. At what stage of skin care should it be applied?
The most common skincare order is to use products with the lightest consistency (e.g. watery texture/low oil content) first. It is recommended to use this serum in the skincare routine after toner or layer it two to three times instead of toner if experiencing severe dryness.

3. What is the texture like?
It has a texture that is a moderate blend between a toner and a serum, providing a lightweight and moisturising formula that feels hydrating.

The fragrance of the serum is a subtle floral scent derived from natural sources, and it is barely noticeable.

5. Can I use this on my acne-prone skin?
This product has completed non-irritation testing certification, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

6. Is it suitable for individuals with rosacea?
It can be used on the skin without irritation due to its naturally derived surfactants

This product is not vegan.

8. Recommended age group’s usage?
Suitable for all age groups, use a gentle formula such as a toner or toner pad to refine the skin texture, then apply an appropriate amount and allow it to be absorbed. If the skin is severely dry, please layer it two or three more times for absorption.

9. Can infants, pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
It is a non-irritating formula blended with ingredients that can be safely used by pregnant women or mothers caring for infants.
