1. Is it okay to use it in the morning?
All the ingredients of Phyto Collagen Cream are of safe grade, so it is safe to use daily in the morning and evening.

2. At what stage of skin care should it be applied?
We recommend using skin care products in the order from low viscosity to high viscosity. Make sure the products are sufficiently absorbed into your skin before moving from one skin care step to the next step.

Founder usually applies it as the last step of the routine. If you feel that you have extremely dry skin, she also recommends to mix it up with oil serum to help address the dryness.

3. Can infants, pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
LUVUM's Phyto Collagen Cream is made of natural ingredients and vegetable collagen that are not irritating to sensitive skin, so it is safe for daily use by infants and pregnant women. However, fragrance (*Allergen-free) contained in the cream may irritate your skin.

As it is also a sensitive period, we would still recommend you to check with your doctor before purchasing.

If you are sensitive to scent, it is recommended to layer unscented products line prior to application as many times as possible for moisturising care.

4. Is it suitable for all age groups?
It is suitable for all ages. However, it is recommended for children to test on your wrist before using it.

5. Is this product suitable for people with sensitive skin or those with eczema skin?
Yes it's perfectly fine for people with sensitive skin or eczema skin, but just to be cautious check with the doctors first or use it after testing on the inside of your arm.

6. Is it vegan?
No.

7. Is it suitable for individuals with rosacea?
Yes. However, it is recommended for individuals with rosacea to consult the doctor before usage.

8. What is the scent like?
The floral-amber-musk fragrance of this allergen-free line combines the subtle scent of iris petals and roses with a warm musk.

9. Can it be used with vitamin c, or retinol which is a representative anti-aging ingredient?
Yes. If you use retinol and vitamin c together, it promotes collagen synthesis and production, so you can feel the synergistic effect of improving fine wrinkles and elasticity!

However, we do recommend checking with your dermatologist first if the ingredients of both products are compatible for your skin.

10. Can this be used with Lavien guasha plate?
Yes it can be used with any guasha plate.

11. Spot Wrinkle Care - Is it recommended to apply the cream on the spots before or after moisturiser? Is it recommended to do this for day before applying sunblock? Can one apply the cream all over as moisturiser then add on more cream for spot care?

Since collagen cream has a higher viscosity than moisturizing cream, we recommend applying it after using a cream with a higher moisture content.

After spreading the collagen cream thinly on your skin and allowing it to absorb sufficiently, we recommend applying sunscreen, BB cream, foundation, or other products.

If you want to focus on caring for areas such as the eyes or wrinkles, you can apply a thin layer of the cream to the targeted areas and layer it or mix it with the Superfood Oil Serum

12. What is the texture like?
A lightweight cream that quickly absorbs into the skin for a smooth finish.
