Q1: It has a sweet fruity scent. Is there any fragrance in it?

A1: No artificial fragrance was used. It is a unique fragrance of natural ingredients.

Q2: I bought Botanical Therapy's washable sun care product. Should I wash it off with this facial foam?

A2: Washable sun care products can be washed off with water, but facial foam is recommended to cleanse fine dust and wastes.

Q3: Can adults use it?

A3: It is suitable for all ages. We consider children as the most suitable target group as it is a tear-free cleanser and they will not be hesitant to wash their face.

Q4: Is it drying? Do we need to apply skincare for the kids after cleansing?

A4: Non-acidic pH concentration does not disturb the skin's natural pH. However if you wish to boost hydration in kids' skin barriers, we would recommend applying Botanical Therapy Kids Lotion.

Q5: Can this cleanser be used to wash away waterproof sun care products as a replacement of the Botanical Therapy Wash-Free Cleansing Water?

A5: Both products can remove waterproof sunscreen. However, the Wash-Free Cleanser is suitable for use from 0 to 36 months old whereas the Kids Facial Foam Cleanser is recommended for 36 months old and above.

Q6: Is it suitable for sensitive or eczema skin?

A6: It is recommended for every skin type, including kids with sensitive skin. However, we would suggest paying more attention when using it on facial scars or rashes.

Q7: Is double cleansing recommended?

A7: Botanical Therapy's sun care products do not require double cleansing. However if you wish to clean off other strong waterproof sun care products, we recommend double cleansing.

Q8: Should it be used pm wet or dry skin?

A8: Pump the foam cleanser onto wet palms and gently massage it onto the face. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

Q9: Why can't I just use the Kids Body Wash to wash my kid's face?

A9: Our body's skin and facial skin are different. The Kids Facial Foam Cleanser is mainly developed to wash off kids' faces more efficiently without eye irritation. It is best to use cleansing products for the right purposes.
