1. How many times can I use it in a week?
It is suitable for daily use.

2. At what stage of my skincare routine should it be applied?
We recommend using it after toner or serum.

After cleansing, apply toner, then spread it evenly on the skin except for the eye area, and pat lightly to help absorption.

3. What is the texture like?
It has a viscous and firm texture.

4. What is the scent like?
It is fragrance-free.

5. Is this product suitable for people with sensitive skin/ eczema skin/ acne-prone skin and individuals with rosacea?
This product has passed the skin hypoallergenic test, making it suitable even for sensitive skin.


6. Do I only use this product after using the Pore Reset Mud Mask? Can I use it without the Pore Reset Mud Mask?
Depending on your skin condition, you can use it alone or together with other products.
- If you are concerned about excessive sebum, rough skin texture, or enlarged pores, using it with other products can help with pore elasticity care.

7. Is it vegan?
It is not a vegan product.

8. Recommended age group’s usage?
It can be used by all age groups.

9. Can infants, pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
It is a low-irritation formula that does not contain silicone-based ingredients or synthetic emulsifiers. However, for infants under 24 months or with sensitive skin, we recommend seeking professional advice before use.

10. Can I use retinol after using the LUVUM Pore Reset line (Mud Mask/ Ampoule)?
It is recommended for both retinol and LUVUM Pore Reset line to be used separately as using retinol with potent exfoliating ingredients like AHAs or BHAs can lead to irritation.
